About Pavan.

Pavan Mand is a Realtor with Renanza Realty Inc., helping buyers and sellers across the Tri-Cities — Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody.

He specializes in residential sales, backed by deep zoning and neighbourhood knowledge: what can be built, what a street is worth, and where the value is heading. Townhouse development sites, land assembly, and off-market opportunities are a specialty within that — not the whole practice. Whether it’s a first home or a multi-lot assembly, the approach is the same: know the area, know the numbers, and move when it matters.
